We recently used Dream Blinds to have vinyl shutters installed in two windows in our home . From the first consultation all the way through to installation, they were friendly, prompt, professional, and efficient. It was only about a two-week turnaround time from the time the order was finalized to the installation. The shutters look amazing and appear well-made.
